This anniversary edition crafted from steel embodies robustness and reliability, the defining characteristics of Mido’s oldest collection, just like the Sydney Harbour Bridge that inspired it. The famous monument’s suspension cables are represented by the vertical Geneva stripes decorating the anthracite dial of this unique timepiece, while the structure’s silhouette in black Super-LumiNova® is illuminated in green in the dark. A special presentation box decorated with a medallion houses each watch in this rare limited edition of 1,932 pieces – a reference to the year in which the bridge was opened. The rock-solid architectural design dates back to 1930 – just like this Mido collection. On its characteristic dial, Geneva stripes recall the bridge’s suspension cables.

In the dark, the phosphorescent substance works its magic, its lines appearing in green to match the indexes and hour and minute hands, which are also luminescent. In the daytime, the light plays on the surfaces of the faceted hour and minute hands and the polished indexes, which stand out against the deep shade of the dial.
